Therapeutic Benefits of Web Blogging

Stress relief. Improvement of memory and sleep. Immune cell activity booster. Speeds healing after surgery. These are some of the great benefits bloggers can have when writing about personal experiences. Scientists have found out these benefits of web logging. A study reports that cancer patients who are invited to write anything about personal experiences before their treatment felt mentally and physically better, compared to those patients who did not.
As for myself, I am now capable of expressing my own thoughts and opinion through blogging, really thanks to the one who invented the word "blog". Every time I write articles,  I always point to myself that it is really good not just for me, but also to readers. Every writer is a reader. That is why bloggers benefit each other when they write. There are infinite things that I feel when I blog. In blogging, I find myself in a sanctuary, where everybody wants to listen on what I want to say, whatever the point is, it is not just a hobby. It's enthusiasm, that provides priceless satisfaction to everyone who writes and share their knowledge. As what I have promised myself, I will never, ever stop blogging. No one can adjourn me. It's me, and so it be!
